My professional identity
Hello everyone!
I am a CMT major (Communication, Management and Technology) with a support in Elective Studies. I plan to graduate in May of 2010.
I am ecstatic and passionate about writing. My main goal in my professional life is to write and be published. I prefer to write fiction, but I also write poetry and songs. One of my short term goals is to focus on one specific project and work on it every day. Between family life, school and working part-time, this is often a challenge. But I know the rewards will outweigh the sacrifices.
I am also interested in a career in editing. As a mother of 3, I read a lot of parenting magazines. I am pretty good with grammar and the conventions of writing, and I have a keen eye for detail. I believe I would enjoy the position of editor in chief.
Another passion of mine is photography. I have a digital camera and take tons of photos. I wouldn't exactly say that my pictures are professional, but there are a few that I feel are just MAGIC. There are times when I have captured not just a subject but a moment. These photos are priceless to me, and I look back on them fondly and often.

Needless to say, most of my photos are of my children, but who can blame me for having such perfect little muses right at my fingertips? I am taking a digital photography course this semester. I hope my passion helps me to overcome my technical shortcomings!
That's all for now. Thank you for visiting!
